Our Church Family
The Beginning
In January 2000, Pastor Rev. P. Shadrach and Pastor Ludia visited Dubai, where God gave them a vision of a banyan tree planted in the UAE. In the vision, the tree quickly grew and spread its roots and branches throughout all seven Emirates, symbolizing the growth of God's ministry across the nation. Believing this to be God's calling, they began praying earnestly for the establishment of a church in the UAE.
God answered those prayers in August 2002 when worship services of Jesus Loves Full Gospel Ministries first began in a labor camp in Sonapur under the leadership of Pastor R. Gamaniel. As the fellowship grew, Pastor R. James arrived in Dubai in 2005 and helped expand the ministry to Sharjah. On March 3, 2006, the Sharjah congregation was officially established at St. Martin's Church, marking the beginning of a ministry that would continue to grow, reach many souls, and become a spiritual home for believers across the UAE.
Our Journey Through the Years
Ministry Founded in India, TS
Started full-time evangelism, preaching in villages using gospel recordings.
First Church Building in India, TS
Built a church in Sunket despite strong opposition from the local community.
Bheemgal Church in India, TS
Constructed a 350-seat church as the congregation rapidly increased.
Vision for UAE Ministry
Rev. P. Shadrach received a vision of a banyan tree spreading across all seven Emirates.
First UAE Fellowship
JLFGM worship services began in a labor camp at Sonapur under Pastor R. Gamaniel.
Next Generation Leadership
Pastor Jeeva Rathnam Pitla entered full-time ministry.
Sharjah Fellowship Begins
Pastor R. James arrived in Dubai and started a new fellowship in Sharjah.
SILVA Church Dedicated in India, TS
The Cross Church was officially dedicated after 12 years of construction.
Full-Time Ministry in UAE
Pastor R. James resigned from his job to serve God full-time.
Church Growth in UAE
Congregation grew to around 40 believers and Pastor James' family joined the ministry.
Move to St. Peter's Hall
Church relocated to the larger St. Peter’s Hall in Sharjah.
Social Media Ministry
Due to the Lockdown, God has showed us the way to start the ministry virtually in this harsh condition.
Post-COVID Revival
Church moved to Sundays from Fridays and continued growing despite the unfavourable conditions.
A bigger hall in Sonapur
God helped us move from a smaller hall to a bigger one in Sonapur, Dubai.
A Growing Family of Faith
Today, JLFGM continues to flourish as a vibrant, multi-generational church. We remain committed to weekly worship, discipleship, and fellowship—welcoming everyone to join what God is doing next.
